The short version: we only collect what we need to answer you and quote your project. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising. Email [email protected] any time to see, fix or delete what we have.
This policy covers this website (brunsborders.com), including its quote request form, and our quote app (app.brunsborders.com), run by Bruns Borders LLC (“we”, “us”).
What we collect
- When you request a quote: the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email, project address, and notes or photos about your project.
- When you call or email us: your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.
- When you visit the website: this site doesn’t use cookies, ads or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic technical data, like your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
- To prepare your quote and contact you about it
- To schedule, plan and complete your project, and follow up afterward
- To keep normal business records, such as quotes and invoices
- To keep the website and app working and secure
We won’t send you marketing messages you didn’t ask for.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We only share it:
- with service providers that help us run our business, such as website and app hosting, delivering quote form submissions to us by email (Web3Forms), email and data storage, and only so they can provide that service to us;
- if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and project records only as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and business record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless we have to keep it by law.

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, such as using encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send us sensitive information like payment card numbers through the form.
Children
Our website and quote form are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
